Maxiaway is a travel planning platform. You may use it to save places, plan itineraries, and share trips. You must be 13 or older. You are responsible for your account security.
You own the content you create. By making a trip public, you grant Maxiaway a non-exclusive licence to display it. You agree not to post illegal, harmful, or rights-violating content.
Creators who publish public trips agree to share their itineraries for others to clone. Cloning creates a copy for the cloning user — the original creator retains their version.
Maxiaway may display affiliate links to booking platforms (Klook, Booking.com, etc.). Clicking these may earn Maxiaway a commission at no extra cost to you.
Maxiaway provides travel planning tools only. We are not responsible for the accuracy of place information or any outcomes from trips planned using the platform. Always verify travel information independently.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
